When i received the invoice i tried to cancel, however according to the T&C's i needed to cancel prior to 12 months to not be autorenewed. However, when I tried to edit, they changes were ignored. Then, after the renewal date, I was told I had to complete their form - and by the way, no cancellations can occur after the renewal date.
