Guesty have just gotten ridiculous with their pricing over the years. When I started off I used them and then discovered HostAway when I was 150 properties in. their pricing model had changed to a % of revenue, which was just not feasible for me.
No published schedule; Voyager pricing is custom-negotiated and users with larger portfolios report better rates. One user noted having 50k+ units resulted in better-than-normal pricing.
